We will forge direct partnerships with strategic allies who offer job-ready skill training and resources to fulfill their employment needs, committing to hiring and retaining our successful program graduates.
All youth will participate in mandatory core training encompassing financial literacy, social skills development, and education on drug and alcohol prevention.
We will make sure that each young person receives support. Our committed case managers will carry out psycho-social assessments, collaborate on individualized case plans, and carefully guide the youth.
